ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Julie Roebken knows what it’s like to build a full life—and somewhere along the way realize the pace of it is no longer working.
Her own journey from chronic busyness and striving toward a more spacious, grounded way of living became the inspiration behind Women Who Rest®. Today, as a spiritual mentor and breathwork facilitator, Julie walks alongside women in midlife who are ready to loosen their grip on doing, achieving, and holding everything together and reconnect with God, themselves, and what matters most.
Women Who Rest grew from both Julie’s own lived experience and years of learning, practicing, and guiding women toward a more unhurried way of life. She lives in Denver with her husband and family.
