What if there were another way to live?

A gentler, more grounded way—where your days are no longer driven by the pressure to keep doing, achieving, and holding everything together.

Women Who Rest: The 8-Week Guided Journey is a Christ-centered experience for women in midlife who are ready to step out of chronic busyness and overfunctioning, and into a more present, peaceful, and connected way of living. Where there’s more space to enjoy their lives, hear themselves, and draw closer to God.

Not by abandoning the life you love, but by learning to live it differently.

Maybe you’ve been feeling it for a while.

→ Your life is full — and much of it is good. You have people you love, responsibilities that matter, work you care about, and a life you've worked hard to build.

→ You've gotten used to being the one who handles things. You anticipate what needs to be done. You keep things moving. You show up. You carry a lot — and most of the time, you carry it well.

→ But beneath all that capability, you may be noticing something else.

→ You're tired of always feeling like there's something else you should be doing. You find it difficult to slow down without feeling guilty. Even when your body stops, your mind keeps going. You long for more space to hear yourself — and God. And you've begun to wonder: Is this really how I want to live the next season of my life?

You’re not looking to become someone else.

→ Maybe what you're longing for isn't a dramatic reinvention of your life.

→ You want to feel present for the life you already have. To have space to notice what you need. To hear God more clearly. To enjoy the people you love. To breathe. To play. To experience joy without immediately thinking about what needs to happen next.

→ You want to remain capable, purposeful, generous, and deeply invested in what matters — without the relentless pressure to do, achieve, perform, and hold everything together in order to feel worthy of rest.

You don't necessarily need a different life. You may simply need a different way of living it.

Women Who Rest®: The 8-Week Guided Journey

Women Who Rest®: The 8-Week Guided Journey

INTRODUCING

A person wearing a white shirt, orange-brown jacket, and gray pants sitting indoors near a large green leafy plant, using a tablet device.

The book was the invitation. This is where we begin putting it into practice.

Over eight weeks, we'll walk together through the principles of Women Who Rest®—not simply learning more about rest, but beginning to embody a different way of living.

Through teaching, reflection, breathwork, embodied practices, prayer, and meaningful conversation, you'll begin recognizing the patterns that keep you busy, striving, and over-functioning. You'll learn to listen more closely to what your body is telling you, create more space for yourself and God, and establish simple, sustainable rhythms that support the life you actually want to live.

And no, this isn't eight weeks of homework about how to rest better.

It's eight weeks of creating the space to actually practice a different way of living—with guidance, support, and other women practicing alongside you.

Because lasting change rarely happens from simply knowing more.

It happens when what you know becomes something you practice.

The Journey begins Wednesday, January 13th, 2027at 11am MST via Zoom.

Enrollment is limited to 33 women to keep the experience personal, spacious, and connected.

A simple path for learning to live differently

Throughout our eight weeks together, we'll move through the R.E.S.T. framework—a gentle, practical path designed to help you move beyond simply knowing you need to slow down and begin practicing a different way of living.

R — RECLAIM

Come home to who you are.

Reconnect with who you are beneath the roles, responsibilities, expectations, and patterns that have shaped you. We'll explore identity, values, the stories you've carried, and the ways achievement and productivity may have quietly become intertwined with your sense of worth.

E — EMBODY

Learn to listen to the wisdom of your body.

Begin understanding your nervous system and recognizing the signals your body has been sending you. Through breathwork and simple embodied practices, you'll learn practical ways to regulate your nervous system, become more present, and respond to yourself with greater awareness and compassion.

S — SLOW DOWN

Create room for what matters most.

Explore what it means to live with greater margin and intention. Through simplicity, boundaries, rest, silence, solitude, and other sacred rhythms, you'll begin creating space for the people, practices, and priorities you want your life to reflect.

T — TRUST

Loosen your grip and deepen your trust in God.

Begin releasing the need to control every outcome and practice living with greater surrender. We'll explore what it means to trust God's presence and guidance so you can move through your life with greater peace, freedom, and joyful expectancy.

This isn't about doing REST perfectly.

It's about practicing these rhythms slowly and intentionally until they begin to shape the way you move through your everyday life.

Eight weeks won't make your life less full. But it can help you learn to move through that fullness differently.

Imagine noticing when you're slipping into urgency — and knowing how to come back to yourself. Resting without immediately feeling guilty. Understanding what your body is trying to tell you. Making decisions from clarity rather than pressure. Being more present with the people you love. Creating more space for joy, play, beauty, and the things that make you feel alive. Feeling less compelled to hold everything together. And having simple rhythms that help you return to yourself, and to God, when life inevitably gets busy again.

That's the kind of change we're practicing together.

MEET YOUR Guide

HI, I’M JULIE.
_

For years, I was the woman who could handle a lot.

I built a career, raised a family, carried responsibility, and kept moving through seasons that required more of me than I sometimes knew how to give. From the outside, I looked capable. And I was. But eventually, my body began telling me what I had been too busy to notice: the pace I was living was no longer sustainable.

That became the beginning of a different way of life. I started learning how to slow down, listen to my body, regulate my nervous system, create more margin, and reconnect with God in a deeper and more embodied way. Breathwork, spiritual formation, contemplative practices, and a growing commitment to living more intentionally changed not only how I felt, but how I wanted to live.

Today, the work I offer women comes from both training and lived experience. I don't believe you need to abandon the life you've built. Sometimes you simply need a different way of being within it. That's the work I'm here to guide.
